We want you to love your skin! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Caren, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase with your order number. Please contact our customer service department at support@carenonline.com or call us at 602-793-9005. A return authorization number must accompany the return. We will issue you a full refund, credit or exchange, less shipping charges. Sorry, Try Me! sizes are non-refundable.
